I have downloaded the updated DLC for IW4x and it includes all DLC and not just the new maps.
I have stripped out all that you don't need and zipped it up and uploaded it to wetransfer.com

The file is now 655Mb and not 2.6Gb

Extract the contents and copy the file from the main folder into your IW4x main folder
Copy the files from the zone/dlc folder to you zone/dlc folder and you are done

Don't forget to update your IW4x installation using the xlabs launcher program first

The new maps won't have waypoints for Botwarfare mod. All I have done is copied the waypoint files from the Cod4 Botwarfare waypoints files (2 locations - gsc and csv files) to the Botwarfare file in IW4x and I have tested out all maps and the bots work fine

ok I clicked on Highrise map and it updated something, now on the attached screenshot it says get DLC ? sorry I am so useless arhhhh

easiest to download the zip file and do as I said... otherwise you are downloading ALL the DLC and not just the new files
