Recently started getting this problem and it’s also affecting teamspeak making it totally crap to play. Me boy says it’s nowt to do with the internet as he ain’t aving any problems gaming and says it probably to do with the server. Any suggestions u lot? 😁

I would first check you are not connecting through a VPN and then do a full virus scan.
You might have also been to a site that's installed a crypto miner

If you rule out the network in that your son has no issues with his computer, then there must be an issue with your machine. Is it doing windows updates in the background? What anti-virus are you using and have you scanned your machine or is there a scan running. Is something else on the network downloading at the same time?

We uninstalled that cod4x thingy last night an reinstalled it, went on a few servers and it seemed ok, let’s see how it runs tonight 😁
