Hello everyone. As I see that you are quite good with computers, I will show you my case to see if you can help me.
Recently I noticed that my ram memory was not working at the usual frequency, they are 3200Mhz and they only work at 2926.4Mhz. I have tried to activate the XMP profiles from the bios but the PC does not start and emits 3 beeps when starting. But my problem does not end there, today I realized that windows 10 detects the 16Gb of ram, but I can only use 8Gb. Does anyone know what could be happening on my computer?
I appreciate your comments. All the best.

This can be switched off in the bios most of the time. I assume you have a graphics card installed?  More ...

Manually check your voltage and timings are correct. Do a Windows memory diagnostics. Check Ram compatibility list with Gigabyte. Might have a faulty stick, maybe try on another PC if you can!

As to getting your RAM to run at 3200 I think your on mission impossible as the max your CPU is rated for is 2933, even though your MB is XMP capable . To be honest you would not see much of a difference. If you try push it you will just get BSOD.
Also check your chipset drivers are updated.
