Hi Gits,
I am Richard (Cappuccino1), 46 from the Netherlands. Started playing games on pc occasionally back in 2005 (cod2, bfVietnam quake and cod4mw later on). That was until codwaw game out and I got hooked, joined a clan(iBG) and spend hundred's if not thousand's of hours playing on their bolt rifles only server up till 2011/2012. After that I quit gaming all along until christmas 2023. Tried some different new games but not satisfied. Maybe I am too much oldschool and don't like all the micro transactions, glitters and glamours, rainbow colours and woke sh#t getting forced into my gameplay. Then I started looking if codwaw still had an online community and was surprised there still is. Bought the game 2 months ago on steam as I didn't have the original copy anymore and game across the OGHF server. Been playing there since then and really enjoy this legendary masterwork which has aged like a good wine. I mostly stick to the bolt rifles(Kar and springfield as my favorites) because of the skill required, the sound of the bolts and the challenge to beat the smg and lmg opponents. Still a bit rusty but getting better bit by bit. Occassionally I switch to the stg44 when my k/d ratio drops below 0.5 xD. I like the community and there are a nice bunch of regular players. Brings back memories. See you all in game.

Espescially at the WAW bit, them lads are weird...
But like i said Welcome and don't hesitate to ask anything you'd like to know about this goofy bunch of Game Loving Elderly people.

I just started up cod4mw because codwaw servers are down for maintenance from what I read, but I couldn't find the oghf server. I might have the wrong version installed. I just checked my version. It is 21.1 with cod4x. Do I need a fresh install without cod4x and what version is your cod4mw server on? And yes, codwaw players are weird, I just confirmed looking in the mirror xD

Welcome young Lad, if that says anything about these servers. Kitty (Wildcat) is the youngest of the bunch and doesn't play much until she gets home from school
move from the dark side go in to the light of cod4 ffa and TDM and when you get their "Be afraid, be very afraid" lol of TC:D
Thank you all for making me feel like a youngster. In the Netherlands we have two words for saying you, Jij to people the same age or younger and u for people who are older. Something similar to writing You with a capital. I guess I have to use the word u here to be on the safe side not to sound impolite
