I had the same issue and the below workaround was supplied by bUKOTTaNGYAL and it worked.
One more tip for donation :
(before you logged in to the hp)
try to click on the Donate now button-->when you got the following link on the headline:
https://www.oghf.org.uk/index.php/component/jdonation/oghf-clan-funding?Itemid=101
then try to log on with your credentials..
(works for me)

The only way I have found to access my profile is from the "Social" page - on the task bar at extreme right click on the down arrow and select edit profile - see piccy
yep still the same but this was working the other night all ok , ive checked all my security that's all ok just in case but ok

Sign out from the webby.
Click on the Donate Now button.

Log in with your credentials.
Works for me(Chrome,Firefox).

or clear all your 'cookies' from your browsers security settings
