Hello peeps
Well me and Mrs Heavy (Teresa) was talking tonight and reflecting due to a lot of the current (end of the world) situation , we was talking music! and how lucky we are to have all the great artists and song compared to what's on offer today! Pffffffff so be really interesting if we could seriously post the songs here that touched us over the years, be really interesting :)

for me its this ................
From misspent youth. Inspiral carpets were once voted Britain's ugliest band.

Tom Hingley had an amazing voice though and I actually shared a pint with him once.

Noel Gallagher used to roadie for them before he formed oasis

Punto's posting of Anne Lennox reminded me of this. I thought she did Freddie justice.

So many memories with this one. Not one i'll listen to if on the odd occasion i have a bit to drink

Being on the other side of the pond now, I regularly tune into my favorite UK radio station "Gold" 60's and 70's via the net, THIS IS REAL MUSIC ...at times I'm know to sing along which drives my wife nuts, not sure if it's the loud music or just my voice.. I'm thinking it's the latter ;) hahaha
Righteous Brothers - Unchained Melody and The Chi-Lites - Have You Seen Her, who doesn't love a bit of Motown
Ahh one more :)

Edit. Opps. Not Soul... Didn't read the topic properly.
I’ll stop now :)
Some of the music I like to listen to, hope you enjoy it too.
