when you download it Right click on it and click on mount
It will then be a virtual dvd drive and you can install it from "This PC"
As you can see in picture

By the way if anyone else has the same problem with their Codwaw or even Cod4 disc, I can give access to an ISO file of my disc and access to all patches.

Question, Is there anyway to recover my profile? Some of my old files did transfer when I tried to back up some of my old files to the new drive. If so, what would I look for in those files? I can start all over but …. Also I just wanted to thank you MAD and gray again for helping me out with this so much. VERY much appreciated
Your profile should be in - C:\Users\yourPCname\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW

Copy the entire CoDWaW folder to the same location on your new system, and replace the one created by the new install.

You will need to show hidden files and folders on both systems to find that location, if you have not already done that, Go to the taskbar, type Control Panel, it should appear at the top of the list,
select "Appearance and Personalisation" then go to "File Explorer Options" - "Show hidden files and folders" and select "Show hidden files and folders" then click ok to save.

Might be an opportune time to backup your profile to a safe place too.

OK I'll give it a try Roger thank you Mate. If it's not there I might just rank back up too. I think I have my buttons where I want them. Also, thanks to everyone else that helped out on this. Huge help. I agree MAD. If any of you are ever in the States, I'm buying dinner! :D

MAD question on my MW3. I try to load the disk and it just goes to Steam. Which won't connect? So, how do I get this game on here. I haven't played this one in a long time. We have a server for it correct? Thx buddy.

Can you log into steam?
MW3 is a steam game and as such you should be able to download it through steam as I assume you have played it through steam before.

"We have a server for it correct?" - not what I know of

In what way?
do you get the steam login popup?
are you putting in the right username and password?
do you get an error message, if so what is it?

When I click on steam it goes to an update box. Then say, "unable to connect to steam. Please try again later". But I'm online, plus I've tried it many times on different days and the same message.

Your not logged onto steam on another PC ? Or a firewall blocking it.
You could try deleting all steam related folders.applications and starting again. Stick a shortcut on your desktop and run as Admin.

As this is a new install I would think it is not an issues with steam folders. Most likely a firewall issue.
Type firewall into the search box on your taskbar and a list should appear with "let a program through your firewall" - click it . In the window with the program names, scroll down until you reach steam and see if the two boxes have ticks in them. If not here is a guide:

Hi MAD. Well I haven't worked on the stream issue to much yet. Because I've been enjoying this new system that you guys mostly built for me playing W@W. :) I'll get on it here shorty and will let you know what's happening. Thanks for checking MAD.

OK maybe try and tackle this again MAD. Sorry it's been busy here. So, I try and log in to Stream and it says wrong PW. I ask it to email me my info. it says OK, but I never get an email (the email address listed is correct). So, I try and set up a new account. When I put in a new email it says to, enter a real email address. It is Frickin real! Now what??? Thx Mate.

Are you trying to login to the website or the downloaded steam client?
