All I can suggest is - sign out - clear your browser cache and delete the OGHF cookies and then try to connect/sign in -
or try a different browser - I use MS Edge for the webby(Only thing I use Edge for) - seems to work best for me, I use Firefox mostly, and Chrome for More ...
